- What does a project cost?
- Published packages run from $950 for a single integration to $4,000 for a custom build, with care plans from $150 per month. Each page states the caps, the exclusions, and the add-on prices, so the number on the page is the number in the SOW.
- Are those prices fixed or just estimates?
- Fixed against the published scope. The SOW restates the price and caps; it only moves if you approve a change order or an add-on before the work starts.
- How many revisions do I get?
- One to two rounds per phase depending on the package, listed on each plan. A round means one consolidated set of changes, not an open thread. Extra rounds are $250.
- What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
- You get a numbered change order with the price and the schedule effect. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing. Corrections that make the work match the SOW are free.
- Do you take small jobs?
- The smallest packages are a five-page site and a single integration. Below that, the paperwork costs more than the work, so it is usually better to save up or combine items.
- What is not included?
- Copywriting, photography, logo design, hosting, domains, third-party licences and fees, and — for shops — the merchant account and its fees. Each plan lists its own exclusions in full.
